Steven's Alumni Parade

Today we were up and out of the house today at 07:30 to make the two hour trip to Claremont, NH for the annual Steven's Alumni Parade and family tradition of planting flowers at my Grammy and Grampy's grave site. The kids traveled great and were excited to see the parade and their cousins. A highlight of the parade was seeing Eleanor in a horse and buggy celebrating her 75th (yes, she graduated from Steven's High School in 1934, will be 93 in August, and one of the only living members of the class of 1934)! Cole loved all the mini jeeps, Leapin' Lena, the horses, the Shriner's cars, and the candy! The boys were both so exhausted they sleep the entire way home! We were home by 4:00...a long drive for a short day, but always worth the trip to see our New Hampshire family!
