It has been a busy few weeks around here trying to sell our home, vacations, visiting with family and keeping up with Sawyer who is into and on top of everything! We posted our home for sale by owner in July and have had showings and open houses throughout the summer. A special challenge keeping a home in showing shape with a three year old, toddler and a shedding dog in the house! I created a blog link to show potential buyers our home before they arrived to cut down traffic...people had a good idea what the house looked like before they showed up: http://www.homeforsale37ledge.blogspot.com/. We are excited to say that our home is under officially under contract and we are on track to close on October 30th!
