Happy Easter!

The Easter bunny made a stop at the Cudney's home last night! Cole was very excited to wake up and find a trail of chocolate eggs from his room, down the stairs, and into the kitchen where the Easter bunny left more treats for the boys. The Easter Bunny snuck into our fridge and hid the eggs we had colored all over the house...Cole thought that was silly and had a blast trying to find them! Cole noticed the Easter Bunny nibbled at the carrots we left our for him too! We celebrated Easter Sunday by attending church at North Avenue Alliance Church with Nana, Nono, and Eleanor. After church, we headed back home to put the ham in the oven and have the boys rest before our family arrived for Easter dinner. The boys had a blast with Uncle Todd, Aunt Jenny, Uncle Mark, Nana, Nono, and Eleanor. It truly was a joyous Easter when we heard word that Captain Richard Phillips was rescued by the Navy from Somalian Pirates. We have been following this story very closely as Phillips lives a few towns over, his wife is a fellow nurse at Fletcher Allen, and know many people that know him personally. We admire the bravery and courage he showed all of us during the past several days and look forward to him returning home to Vermont!
