Trip to NH

Today we headed off to New Hampshire to have some family time in the White Mountains! We stayed at this great camp ground http://www.mtnlakecampground.com/site_info.php?site=cabin6 in Lancaster, NH. We choose to go the cabin route and the boys loved it! The camp ground had a heated pool, large we kept playground and was so well cared for. The big hit...s'mores at night!

Before leaving for New Hampshire today...we dropped by the Burlington Waterfront to watch the Dragon Boat Races. Aunt PJ has been participating in the event for several years now and we wanted to support her!

Boys...Frogs...Toads!

One of the boys favorite outside activities this summer has been looking for toads and frogs in our backyard. Love, love, love this shot of Cole with his hands cupped ever so carefully to show off his little frog and his very diry finger nails!

Two Wheels!

Cole asked us this week to take his training wheels off his bike so he could try riding a two wheeler. He did great!

We are lucky enough to have Sam and Carroll as our next door neighbors. They might have been a little more careful to who they sold their land to if they had known how often our kids would end up on their front steps. Now...we are anxiously waiting for our friends Beth and Brad to sell their home as they will be building a home right near ours in the near future. Sam and Carroll had us all over for a yummy hot dog, potato salad and fresh corn on the cob dinner. The kids had a blast playing with each other and with Sam and Carroll...as always. It was a glimpse of what it will be like to have our friends only one house away.

All my friends know that I tend to be a little obsessed with taking pictures...everyone needs a hobby! My friend Jen was over today and wanted a few pictures of her adorable son Griffin...here are a few! I hope you like them Jen!

We had a nice few days with Chris and Gary visiting us. We ended there stay with us with a trip to Lake Iroquois to show them the beach and play ground and how lucky we are to have a spot like Lake Iroquois close to our home!

We have had an awesome few days with an extra set of hands from Grandma Cudney around. Cole was excited to show Grandma all the progress he has made in the pool this summer! The boys always enjoy all the attention Grandma gives them when she comes to visit.
